No. FORME MXVIII operates by appointment only to ensure each client receives focused,
uninterrupted care.

Everyday Essentials are intentionally limited services offered on select Mondays only. These services are designed for quick maintenance and do not include advanced cuticle work, structure, custom lengths, or nail art. No upgrades are available for these services.

No. Monday services are intentionally limited and cannot be upgraded. If you’d like advanced prep, structure, nail art, or custom work, please book a standard service.

A Basic Gel Manicure is a maintenance service including light cuticle care and gel polish. A
Structured Gel Manicure includes advanced prep and builder gel to reinforce the natural nail for
added strength and longevity. It is ideal for clients seeking durability without added length.

Gel-X uses a full-coverage soft gel tip for a lightweight, uniform extension. Polygel is a sculpted
enhancement built for structure and strength. Both are premium services. The best option depends
on your lifestyle, desired length, and maintenance preferences.

No. For quality, safety, and retention reasons, fills are offered only on FORME MXVIII work. If you
have enhancements from another tech, a soak-off and full set will be required.

Most clients return every 3-4 weeks for fills or maintenance services. Waiting longer may require a
soak-off and full set due to structural changes or excessive lifting.

Yes. Nail art is offered in tiered levels and requires additional time. Nail art is not available with Everyday Essentials or Monday-only services.

Yes. Please book “The Serenity Sole Care Pedicure”. Services are performed with care and
caution; however, FORME MXVIII does not provide medical treatments. Clients with open wounds,
infections, or severe foot conditions will be referred to a medical professional.

Policies regarding deposits, cancellations, and no-shows are outlined on the home page under
booking and must be acknowledged prior to confirming your appointment.

A $20 deposit is required for all standard services. A $40 deposit is required for all packages
and pedicure services. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost at checkout.

Deposits are non-refundable if a client cancels, reschedules outside of the stated policy window,
or does not show up for their appointment. If FORME MXVIII needs to cancel or reschedule your
appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred, based on your preference.

Yes. Deposits are required for all clients and all appointments, without exception.

FORME MXVIII offers a “5 Day Service Guarantee”. This applies to product-related issues only (lifting/chipping). A clear photo/video must be provided within 5 days of the service. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by nail biting, force, neglect, or lack of aftercare. After 5 days, a new appointment is required for any repairs (Please see “EXTRA/ADD-ONS” when booking). Please remember that aftercare is your responsibility.
