FORME MXVIII is a private, appointment-only studio. Pricing reflects advanced techniques,
premium products, strict sanitation standards, and one-on-one, unrushed care. Services are designed for quality, longevity, and nail health - not speed or volume

No. FORME MXVIII operates by appointment only to ensure each client receives focused,
uninterrupted care.

Yes. Limited Signature Extended Sessions are available weekly.

Sunrise Sessions (5-8 AM) are offered on Wednesdays and Fridays and include a $50 extended-hour investment.

Twilight Sessions (6-10 PM) are offered on Mondays and include a $30 extended-hour investment.

These appointments are reserved for clients requiring early morning or evening flexibility and must be booked under the designated session category.

Extended sessions:
• Require a 50% non-refundable deposit
• Follow a strict 72-hour cancellation policy
• Cannot be converted to standard-hour appointments

Availability is limited to maintain balance and service quality.

A CLASSIC GEL MANICURE focuses on clean prep and gel polish application. It does not include added structure or reinforcement and is best for clients with naturally strong, healthy nails.

A STRUCTURED GEL MANICURE includes intentional reinforcement using a soft or hard gel to add strength balance, and support to the natural nail. Ideal client: prioritizes natural nail health while seeking a long-lasting durable enhancement that maintains a lightweight, natural appearance.

For nails needing repair or maximum durability, a RECONSTRUCTIVE OVERLAY MANICURE is recommended. This service focuses on rebuilding an reinforcing compromised areas of the nail.

The appropriate manicure is selected based on your nail health, lifestyle, and long-term wear needs.

At FORME MXVIII, different nail systems are used based on nail condition and support needs.

• Gel-X used soft tips to add length while protecting the natural nail underneath. It is lightweight, flexible, and can be soaked off.

• Structured gel (soft/hard gel) is applied directly to the natural nail to provide strength, balance, and reinforcement without adding length.

• Acrygel is reserved for our reconstructive manicure. It is reserved for nails that require repair or maximum durability such as cracks, splits, or repeated breakage.

The system used is selected based on nail health, lifestyle, and long-term wear.

No. For quality, safety, and retention reasons, fills are offered only on FORME MXVIII work. If you
have enhancements from another tech, a soak-off and full set will be required.

Most clients return every 3-4 weeks for fills or maintenance services. Waiting longer may require a soak-off and full set due to structural changes or excessive lifting.

Yes. Nail art at FORME MXVIII is offered through artist-led freestyle design tiers rather than pre-selected designs.

Instead of choosing a specific look, clients select a design tier and provide a color palette or general preference. Your set is then curated in real time based on your nail structure, length, and overall aesthetic.

Design Tiers include:

• Tier I - Solid Color: One gel color on all nails. No art or embellishments.

• Tier II: Minimal Design: Clean, elevated designs with subtle details such as Frenchies, micro Frenchies, aura accent, soft ombré, chrome overlay, cat eye, glazed/pearl finish, minimal rhinestones, stamped accent designs, and/or simple line art.

If you are unsure which tier to choose, you’re encouraged to trust the process. All designs are intentionally freestyle and tailored to you.

Yes. Please book “The Serenity Sole Care Pedicure”. Services are performed with care and
caution; however, FORME MXVIII does not provide medical treatments. Clients with open wounds,
infections, or severe foot conditions will be referred to a medical professional.

Policies regarding deposits, cancellations, and no-shows are outlined on the home page under
booking and must be acknowledged prior to confirming your appointment.

A $20 deposit is required for all standard services. A $40 deposit is required for all packages
and pedicure services. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost at checkout.

Deposits are non-refundable if a client cancels, reschedules outside of the stated policy window, or does not show up for their appointment. If FORME MXVIII needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred, based on your preference.

Yes. Deposits are required for all clients and all appointments, without exception.

FORME MXVIII offers a “5 Day Service Guarantee”. This applies to product-related issues only (lifting/chipping). A clear photo/video must be provided within 5 days of the service. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by nail biting, force, neglect, or lack of aftercare. After 5 days, a new appointment is required for any repairs (Please see “EXTRA/ADD-ONS” when booking). Please remember that aftercare is your responsibility.
